Conclusion
In conclusion Bolivia has different types of food. I mention the most famous plates that Bolivians eat, but these three plates for me are the best ones that you can eat in Bolivia. Bolivia is different from other countries because the traditional food that we have is part of our culture. In my opinion Boliva have the best traditional food in the entire world. The people from another country that came to Bolivia have to know that for us the traditional food is important in this country and they always have to prove the traditional food from Bolivia.
The best Salteñas
The Salteñas are one of the most famous traditional plates fro Bolivians. The Salteñas are a very good plate that you have to eat in Bolivia, because it have a special taste that you enjoy. There are two specific places that you can eat the best Salteñas. One of this places is Salteñas Paceña, this restaurant have very good Salteñas. The second olace where you can find delicious Salteñas is Salteñas Castores, they have delicous salteñas that you have to prove.
The Salteñas from Paceñas are really good. The Salteñas of chicken have a very good taste, the chicken have a delicous texture and at the same time was tender. The mass was really good, I enjoy the taste of the mass. The Salteña of meat is another type of Saktenña that Bolivians eat, this is a good type if Salteña because the meat have a very special taste and the meat was tender. The augado of the meat was so delicous that I enjoy it. The price of this plate is 5,50bs. You can find this place in San Miguel, and in Arce.
The Salteñas from Castores are really good. The salteña of chicken is not so good like in Paceña but it have a good taste and the chicken is delicious. The mass of Castores are very good and is better than the mass from Paceña. The salteñas of meat from Castores are very good and special because it have a good taste and the meat is so tender and delicious. The augado of this salteña is so good and special that i love it. The price in this place of the Salteñas are 7 or 8bs.
In conclusion these two places are the better restaurants where you can find the best Salteñas of La Paz. But if you want salteñas of meat you have to go to Castores, and if you want salteñas of chicken you have to go to Paceña. If you love hot Salteñas you have to go to Castores.
The best Plato Paceño
The Plato Paceño from Llajtita have an extraordinary taste, a very good cheese, a delicious potato, good aba, a corn with a good taste, and the meat was so tender. This place have one of the best Plato Paceño that you can eat in La Paz. This plate have two different prices because in these place, they offer two size for this plate. One is the medium plate that cost 35bs. The normal plate that cost 50bs. The difference is that the meat, the corn, the aba, the patato, and the chesee are bigger.
The Plato Paceño from Coroico In, is a good plate that you can eat. But depends from what restaurant you eat because there are two specially locations one in Mira Flores and, another in San Miguel. I prove both and I decide that is better in Miraflores. This plate have a incredible taste because the elements that you have in this plate are really good. The cheese from this restaurant is so delicious, the meat was not so tender, the choclo was good, the potato was really good, and the abas where good. In this place you have only one option, that the plate have a big size because the elements in it are big. The price is economic because you have a big plate that cost 50bs.
In conclusion I prefer the Plato Paceño from Coroico In in Miraflores because is bigger than the Plato Paceño from Llajtita, and have the same price. The only difference is the meat because in Coroico In was not so tender but has a very good taste. If you want to eat good traditional food in La Paz this are the two places where you can eat delicious food from Boliva.
The best chicharron
The chicharron from Coroico In have a delicious taste, and the pork meat is so tender that I enjoy this plate. But the chuño was destroyed because it was to much time in the water. In this place the chicharron have a cost of 80bs. You can find this restaurant in Miraflores or in San Miguel.
The chicharron in El Alto was so delicious that I enjoy it more than in Coroico In. I choose the chicharron from El Alto the best place to eat chicharron in La Paz because the meat was tender, the chuño was perfect and the motes where perfect and delicious. This chicharron have a cost of 50bs. The location is the only problem because is El Alto, but the objective is to eat a good chicharron.

Introduction to the traditional food
Bolivia is a country where you can find a lot of traditional food. Bolivia is a country that has awesome and delicious food that represents an important element in Bolivian Culture. There are many cities that have a lot of restaurants, where you can eat and enjoy different plates of traditional food from Bolivia, which are cooked in different ways that depends of the chef of the restaurant and the area of the city that they come from. But you also can find traditional food in places like Hernando Siles Stadium, you find Anticuchos or in the Park of Cholas, you find Sandwich of Chola. This are 2 examples of traditional foods of Bolivia.
In this blog I would talk about the best plate that the Bolivians eat. For choose what plate is the best that you can eat I would evaluated 3 characteristics. The firts characteristic is the price, the second element is the location, and finally which plate have the best taste in general. The traditional food is one of the most important characteristics that Bolivian people have in our culture, because there are many countries that does not have tradional plates in their culture, and that is why the traditional food in Bolivia is a very important element in our culture.
